Restrictions

• No reposting on other platforms without permission
• No claiming authorship of others' work
• No mass downloading for redistribution
• No removing attribution or copyright notices

Written Consent Required

Commercial use, public distribution, or incorporation into products/services requires written consent from both FASTVault and the original creator.

Ownership & Permission

• You must own the rights to content or have explicit permission to share it
• Content created by FAST NUCES faculty/students for academic purposes is generally acceptable
• Public domain materials and Creative Commons licensed content (with proper attribution) are welcome
• Always cite sources and provide attribution when required

Educational Relevance

• Content must be relevant to FAST NUCES academic programs
• Materials should be accurate, current, and beneficial to students
• Prefer high-quality, well-organized materials

Prohibited Content

• Copyrighted textbooks, journal articles, or commercial materials without permission
• Plagiarized or falsely attributed work
• Malware, viruses, or potentially harmful files
• Offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate material
• Personal information of students, faculty, or staff

What You Grant Us

By uploading content, you grant FASTVault a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• Display and distribute your content on the platform
• Store and backup your content on our servers
• Process and organize content for searchability
• Create thumbnails, previews, and metadata

Review Timeline

• All uploads are reviewed before being published
• Review typically takes 2-5 business days
• Complex submissions may require additional time

Grounds for Removal

• Copyright or intellectual property violations
• Inaccurate, misleading, or outdated information
• Academic integrity policy violations
• Inappropriate or offensive material
• Security threats or malicious content
• User request for content removal
• Legal requirements

Removal Process

• Immediate removal for security risks
• Temporary archival before permanent deletion

Appeals
